Yoga for Runners

Fleet Feet Sports and Moonshine Power Yoga are pleased to announce that we are partnering to present a "Yoga for Runners" program! 

Join us on the second Wednesday of each month (see the full schedule below) at 7:30 pm for a full hour of power yoga with Gina from Moonshine. Though originally conceived for runners, the program is geared to beginners and novices, and is friendly to just about anyone of any ability. Registration is $8 per person, cash only. 

All participants receive $10 off any footwear or clothing purchase over $50!

Spots will be limited to 25, and reservations will only be taken in person at Fleet Feet. Walk-ins on the nigh of the session are welcome, and most evenings there will still be plenty of space, but we cannot guarantee a spot.

Some FAQs:

How to dress: Basic workout wear is appropriate. If you are comfortable at the gym or on a run, it will serve you well here.

What to bring: Water, a towel, and a mat. If you do not have a mat, Gina will have a small number of extras, and we will as well (although since we're newbies at this too, ours are probably not pro level).
